Read Together takes Jharkhand!(Partnership with Centre for Catalyzing Change)

We’re proud to announce that Read Together has partnered with the Centre for Catalyzing Change, which has been working in India for the past 30 years with the aim of providing education and other opportunities to the girl child. Read Together has set up a wifi hub at five schools in the village of Gumla in Jharkhand, which experiences high level of trafficking for sex work and domestic labour. Additionally, the Read Together curriculum has also been adopted by the schools for the students.Currently we have been able to impact 1250 girls and expect to impact close to 3000 girls in the next year.
