Reminiscing pre-covid times -part III

This day, the girls learnt how to weave a story through geometrical shapes and drawing. Each card had a regular polygon, which the girls had to use to create an object and then use it to add to the narrative of a verbal (Hindi) story that was being dynamically created. Each of the lines added to the plot by the girls was being noted down by me and after the round was complete we translated each of the lines of the story from Hindi into English. The girls learnt the names of polygons and also the translation of what they were saying in Hindi into English.I think it is fair to say that they enjoyed this activity considering we did three rounds of it (which took about 2 hours!) and they still wanted to go on!
